• When is the course offered?
The Car Control & Defensive Driving Course is held on select weekdays at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. In addition, Saturdays are available October thru March. Registration is required; course dates fill quickly.

There are 3 students in the Car Control & Defensive Driving Course.
•What are the requirements to take the course?
You must have a valid permit or driver’s license to participate.
• Are there family/group discounts?
Yes. The price break is:

• How many people are in a school?
Introduction to Racing: up to 10 students
Road Racing School: up to 10 students
High Performance Driving Course: up to 16 students
• What are the requirements to participate in the racing schools?
You must have a valid drivers license to participate in any on-track activity. You must be proficient with a manual transmission to participate in any school using the Spec Racer Fords.
• What is the height and weight limit for the Spec Racer Fords?
Typically, the maximum height is 6'5" and the maximum weight is 275. However, both maximum height and weight may depend on body type.
• What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes and laced shoes (tennis shoes) are recommended. Racing suits are provided for the schools conducted in Spec Racer Fords.
• What kind of car can I use in the High Performance Course?
Any street legal vehicle can be used in the High Performance Driving Course. If the car is a convertible it must have a roll-bar for the driver and passenger. Pickups and SUVs are not recommended.
• Can my family come and watch?
Yes. Family members are welcome to watch the on-track portions of the schools. Pictures can be taken during this time.
